Below is the Youtube video where I have shown how to repair Aquaguard UV+UF water filter PCB. The symptom was continuous blinking for all three lights in cycle. This scenario was not mentioned in the user manual. Some of the lights blinking scenarios is documented in user manual.

Details Steps to follow
Step1 – Disconnect from power outlet and remove all water connections.
Step2 – If not sure of connections, take a photo of the connections before disconnecting the wires. Remove all connections of the PCB.
Step3 – Make sure to short the Pressure valve and Tank full connections before testing.
Step4 – Open the PCB case and inspect for any burnt/damaged parts. In the current example the power capacitor was burnt. You can measure the output DC voltage using multimeter to confirm the output voltage. In my case instead of 12v at SV terminal, only 5v was available.
Step5 – De-solder the damaged parts and replace with identical parts. Make sure of voltage ratings.
Step6 – Test the board before restoring the connections.
