Overview
Here I will show you how to fail OpenAI. I have given a simple mathematical problem to solve. Open AI got confused on the questions and gave multiple incorrect answers each time trying to prove itself correct. So its still a long way to replace humans. It need more learnings and can only answer which humans have solved.

Conclusion
Note that I am not trying to prove incorrect answer from AI but just highlighting that there is still a long way to go and we can not AI rely for everything. It can also give wrong answers and they need more trainings and testing.
